Known for extended shelf-life and superior flavor, Latitude Food products are made from grass-fed cows from a single-family farm in Chiefland Florida. Processed in a plant steam-sanitized at fifty degrees above USDA requirements where our proprietary bacteria extraction process, Bacdown, is employed.

We picked the letter “Q” to represent our standard of excellence and our stamp or quality because – well, because we think it is cute. It’s graceful and pretty, like our food. It has that little curly swag that elegantly spills out of the circle. But wait, there is more relevant symbolic meaning to the “Q”: A latitude line on the earth is a circle and relates to Latitude Foods, and that curly swag is like our fresh milk flowing out of a vessel. Plus, Q stands for Quality, inherent in all of our brands.
