Glazed & Infused
Glazed & Infused came to be when two life-long friends, Matt Kaminsky and Michael Spoliansky, became fed up with the lack of a decent donut in the Central Florida area. The donuts that were available were full of preservatives, unnatural ingredients, and contained milk and/or eggs. Instead of settling for the artificial commercially sold junk, Kaminsky and Spoliansky created the alternative: an all-natural vegan donut, forever changing the lives of those with certain dietary restrictions and preferences.
The first donuts were baked in a small apartment kitchen and were enjoyed by family, friends and neighbors. Glazed & Infused sold its first donut at the College Park Farmer’s Market in January 2012. Since then the company has continued to participate in farmer’s markets around Central Florida and has also begun taking part in other special community events. In May 2012, Glazed & Infused began baking daily for wholesale deliveries.
Glazed & Infused is committed to supporting healthier lifestyle choices and prides itself on providing a high-quality all-natural product to the conscious consumer. Additionally, Glazed & Infused takes great pleasure in supporting the community by incorporating locally grown spices, herbs, flowers, teas and fruits into its glazes. They don’t use flashy advertisements to lure in consumers; Glazed & Infused donuts and glazes speaks for itself.
