In the onion department, Sundew Gardens produces Green Bunching Onions, better known as scallions. Our scallions are grown in wide growing beds of our local sandy soil, mulched with forest leaves, and fertilized with rock dust minerals, seaweed, fish emulsion, and compost. Scallions are one crop where freshness is fundamental to a quality crop. And we pick them mere minutes before delivery.
