Sapodilla
Sapodilla is a tropical fruit grown in South Florida. The ripe fruit has the consistency and taste similar to a pear dipped in brown sugar. Sapodilla is rich in calories and is a very good source of dietary fiber. Fresh ripe fruit also contains significant amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and potassium. Lacinato Kale
Lacinato Kale, also known as Dinosaur or Tuscan Kale is slightly sweeter than the more widely know curly-leaf kale. The leaves are darker, more narrow and have an embossed texture. Low in calories and high in Vitamin A, Vitamin K and Vitamin C, Kale is a nutritional powerhouse.
