Organic milk from the health food store comes from corn and grain-fed cows, and this not healthy food for cows. When cows are fed corn and grains, it affects the milk's fatty acid ratio dramatically and for the worse. It also lowers the milk's vitamin content (Vitamin A, D, K2, CLA).
